Qyra Sites

Privacy, in plain English.

Qyra Sites is a web-design studio run by Luke Blackwell and Tristan Moll, operating under Qyra One LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. This page explains exactly what we collect on qyrasites.com, why, and how to have it removed.

The short version

We do not run analytics. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your information. The only data we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the “Start a project” form.

What we collect

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. While you are filling in the project form, your answers are saved in your own browser’s local storage so a refresh does not lose your progress. That data never leaves your device until you press send, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Why we have it, and for how long

We use what you send solely to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about — that is the legitimate interest and the contractual basis for holding it. We keep project enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick a conversation back up, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the engagement requires for as long as the engagement and our record-keeping obligations run.

Who else touches it

That is the complete list. No one else receives your information, and we never sell it.

Your choices

Write to hello@getqyra.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You never need an account, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict Content Security Policy and no third-party scripts. We keep enquiry data in access-controlled inboxes. No system is perfect, but there is very little here to lose — which is deliberate.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
